What a nice surprise when we walked into the condo. More than we thought it would be. Roomy, clean, and the patio was fun to sit on and enjoy the bunnies and the roadrunners. We would stay at Las Palmas again.
Looking for a fantastic view and balcony? Want to have all sorts of activities to keep the kids busy? Look no further. This condo at sports village was so close to the clubhouse so we could play racquetball, pickle ball, swim, play shuffleboard, basketball, and even skeeball. And all of the supplies are included. You don't even need to bring towels. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you 5 seasons and owners. Best spring break ever!
We rented a one bedroom Las Palmas unit in 2018. It was clean and matched the pictures we saw online. It was as advertised. The appliances were new. We really wish the unit would have had access to the Green Valley Spa pools right outside the windwow, but alas... it was just a short walk over to one of the two Las Palmas pools. The other negative was the couchbed. With four of us in a one bedroom unit, we needed the bed space that it advertised. It was the most uncomfortable couch bed I have ever experienced and I don't think the company should advertise it as a realistic sleeping option.
The condo itself is spacious and very clean. Booked this specific condo so we would be able to walk right out the back door to the pool. Two days before we arrived I received and email that pool and hot tub unexpectedly closed. That was the whole reason I had selected this property. They would not give any discount or a small refund. Just out of luck! and the pool they sent us to you had to drive to, it was old and nasty, kids could not get in the hot tub. Construction is going on as they continue to build more units also. The people who stayed above us were heavy on their feet and we could not sleep as they were up until 2 am running around. I was pretty frustrated with my experience and stay at this condo. We come to St George 4 times a year and wont select this property again.
We stayed in 2107, one of the best condos. Clean, roomy, tv worked. Laundry was great. I put a new can opener in, the one in the drawer was broke. Need bigger fry pans and saucepans. Some of the pans that were there needed replaced. Patio was wonderful, watched bunnies and roadrunners. We would come again.
Great comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils and paper products. Would definitely use 5 seasons rentals again. Easy as pie..
We were in Las Palmas 2101. Very pleased with rooms, bathrooms and beds cleanliness. Ample supply of linens and cleaning supplies. Kitchen beautiful and spacious and fully equipped. Our family of 7 slept very comfortably. HVAC worked beautifully. Living room area seating very comfortable and big screen TV a plus. Only thing to address would be the missing vertical blind slats to ensure privacy at night. Otherwise, a beautiful accommodation with excellent views. We highly recommend it.
We stayed in 2018 at Las Palmas. The unit was very clean. This unit is on the top floor which was really nice. The high ceilings made the unit feel bigger. The view was beautiful as well.
The cons of this unit both shower heads need replaced. The blinds also need replaced at night the rooms are so bright we had to go and buy dark night glasses so we could sleep. The resort is super busy and the pools are pretty small. We had a great time and enjoyed the sunshine.
We had a great three months in LP2005. Our needs and expectations were met every step of the way. Jennifer and her staff were a pleasure to work with.
This was my first time staying in a condo/home versus a hotel. Hands down this will be the way to go in any/all future trips. The comfort of being in your home versus a hotel room - you can't bet it.
The only suggestion I have, is adding "how to's" for some of us older folks. 5 remotes in the living room alone.... Figured out one turned on the TV and one was for volume, but the extra's remotes (movie channels and roku)was afraid to mess things up, so they were left alone.
