The Las Palmas Resort

The Las Palmas Resort condos in the Green Valley area of St. George are located right in the middle of scenic Southern Utah. The resort complex has served as Utah vacation resort of choice for many families, golfers, and snowbirds for almost 25 years. The luxurious resort amenities coupled with the scenic landscape makes the Las Palmas Resort the ideal setting.

Pools and Amenity Access

The Las Palmas Resort is ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The condos are located next to several hiking, biking, and ATV trails. You can also relax in any of our two new pool areas each with a jacuzzi. One pool (waterfall pool) is located behind buildings 9, 10, and 12. The other pool (with a shallow end for kids) is located behind buildings 17, 18 and 19. The complex also offers playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts.

The adjacent Green Valley Spa is a completely separate entity, but it also offers another pool area behind buildings 14, 15, and 16 with an indoor pool, a children’s pool, a lap pool, diving pool, jacuzzis, tennis, racquetball, and an exercise room. The Las Palmas condos rest upon a ridge providing a colorful collage of three Southern Utah scenic treasures: the blue Pine Valley Mountains, the red Snow Canyon, and the black Lava Ridge.

The condo resort has grown to over 300 condominiums since the first phase was completed in 1983. The complex includes condos from the 530 sq. feet 1 bedroom to the 2200 sq. feet 4 bedroom. There are 19 condo buildings numbered between 1 and 21 (building 11 and 13 were never built). Buildings 1 – 4 and 14 – 16 were built between 1983 and 1986. Buildings 5 – 12 (excluding were built between 1995 and 2001. Buildings 8 and 18 – 21 were built between 2003 and 2007. The Las Palmas Resort is located 4 miles west of downtown St. George.
