This magnificent house is absolutely beautiful with updated modern furniture and very open floor plan. It is a brand new home with travertine and real hard wood floors throughout. It will bring the upmost comfort to your stay. Everything will be provided to make your experience very comfortable and we guarantee you will not be disappointed.
The home has 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, soaps/shampoos, and paper products. Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed, a jetted tub and walk-in shower in the bathroom, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an access to the other full bathroom. There are two sets of twin beds in the third bedroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are queen bedroom sets and well. The house sleeps 10 very comfortably.
An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped to do any cooking. It is loaded with all cooking utensils and stainless steel appliances. There is patio dining furniture on the deck for you to enjoy outdoor relaxing in the shade or watching a fire in the fireplace.
The spacious great room with modern leather furniture is a great relaxing atmosphere for the whole party. A large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, plenty of great reading material and cozy gas fireplace are just a few to mention why this place is unbeatable. There is an X-BOX and games provided for entertaining kids or those who are kids at heart.

| Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period then you will receive the refund. We will do our best to do so, but there can be no guarantees. Refund checks will be sent by mail in the same amount paid to Five Seasons Vacation Rental Services minus a 5% fee to cover the credit card processing fee. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. |
