Balloons and Tunes Roundup is Small Town Family Fun
For a small town, about 90 miles southeast of downtown St. George, Kanab, UT really knows how to play. This tight-knit hometown of 1729 full time residents, on the way to Lake Powell, hosts everything from wild west rodeos and greyhound gatherings (dogs … not busses) to hot air balloons.
On the weekend of February 16-18, 2018, the City of Kanab, UT presents – for the 4th time – the amazing 4th Annual Balloons and Tunes Festival which will feature morning balloon launches each day (weather permitting), the popular Battle of the Bands on Friday and Saturday, a sure-to-please Street Fair with one-of-a-kind food and area vendor offerings, and, a balloon glow and wishing lantern launch on Saturday night.
